One of the greatest blessings of taking in foster kids has been God’s blessing in ways we did not expect. There are multiple examples but one of the most shocking has been the behavior of the the 3 children we are fostering. With all three under the the age of 4 it would sound like a nightmare for me and Katie to parent 4 children running around the house. I even know that some of you have thought it would just be crazy or near impossible with the risk of the behavior of that many children under the age of 4 especially with the unknown background of children coming out of the foster care system. One of the greatest blessing has for sure been their behavior. If anything MP may be the worst behaving out of the four total. The greatest behavior issues we face daily is sharing/taking turns(but i mean who likes to do that and now that MP actually has someone he has to share with its tough) and wrestling that gets out of control. We have thought from day that their behavior was exceptional and maybe it would wear off but in all honesty it has still been exceptional. Not only have we noticed this but almost every new person to meet them notices how well behaved they are. We are daily grateful for this blessing and definitely do not take it for granted. Praise God for bringing us such well behaved kids.
