Thoughts from a great weekend with family, friends and the CCF Board.
- Yes I actually like my board. They are a supportive bunch of guys.
- I have asked you multiple times to pray for Matt Chandler and I am still asking ya to. Here is an update. This man is exemplary at suffering well.
- I miss all you CCFers but am praying for you. That the next time I see each of you, you will be more like Jesus than when you left
- The week and a half off has been so sweet with all of the family.
- “Quad-daddy” thats what my buddy at church frank calls me, I kinda like it.
- Sure I am a critic at times but Mark knocked it out of the park this morning. As in the Holy Spirit was loud and clear.
- Nothing beats a truly spontaneous baptism
- Any time I am with my CCF family and watching them help with all the kids I am blown away from by how awesome they are.We are blessed
- If I wrote a book on parenting it would be called “No sir!” or “Thats not a toy”
- Christmas is such a huge HUGE opportunity to talk about Christ not just with friends but your own kids
- Just wondering if you parents out there pray for the salvation of your children every day? I am begging God for 4 now.
- I love how John ends 1 John “keep yourselves from idols” Nothing is gonna rob your assurance like idolatry
- Idolatry means God is not enough for you
- My ministry yes even ministry can become an idol
- my wife is the real deal. these newest additions to the family have only made her a better women and rise to levels of motherhood I have never seen before
- The older I get the more I see that a parade is just a really long commercial and no one would go if they could remember that fact from the year before.
